Throughout the school year, Tequesta Trace Middle School offers different sports that compete against other schools in Broward County. We have had a great deal of success, winning 9 county championships in 6 different sports since the 2002-03 school year. This is an accomplishment that only Tequesta Trace has managed to achieve. To be eligible for participation on a school team, students must have a 2.0 grade point average and no U's in conduct during the previous marking period. If they do not meet these requirements, they are not allowed to try out for a team. ONCE A CHILD HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR A TEAM, THEY ARE EXPECTED TO DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT BEHAVIOR AT SCHOOL AND ON THE PLAYING FIELD/COURT. IF ANY ATHLETE GETS SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL ONCE THEY ARE A MEMBER OF A TTMS TEAM, THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TEAM. Please check this website to see when tryouts are for each sport.
